Natural healing is how I live my life!

"Natural Healing"

by Amber "V" Moonstone 9/20/07

Do you know that you have the ability
to heal yourself?

All human beings make choices
that affect their health and well being.

When you open yourself to both
emotional and physical health;
You begin to manifest healing and love.

Sit in a place that is calm
A park, a beach, a meadow,
a place where you feel serene.

Have a really good look around,
feel the energy of the earth
and it's magnificent healing powers.

It radiates energy to your soul
and nourishes and replenishes
all the pain and sadness dwelling
inside of you.

If you would only open and allow
these healing waves to enter
your sacred place deep inside of your soul!

When you open your soul to healing,
you allow nature to do it's natural
work.

It isn't difficult, it takes
a little time and a lot of love
to allow for your own well-being!

Don't you think that you are Worth it?

author's notes: There were a few things that inspired this poem today. Basically
I was looking at mother nature and felt such beauty and healing energy that I wanted to share this with all of you.
Much Peace, Love, and Light to all,
Amber "V"

I'm glad I remembered: you suggested a while ago: here's the famous "back-eddy currents" that work in my brain: I'm not a linear thinker! (I'm glad, it'a like a River, babe--coming from a Trout fisherman) AND i would add, that I think this should be done, like the Native Americans suggest, in direct contact with the Earth (perhaps all these damn concrete foundations are isolating me from the Earth currents I need!) But that's where Florida sucks, and the North is easier in summer: try finding a bare spot to sit around here without Fire Ants!! eeks But thanks, next trip (Friday) to beach I'll print this and bring it along.

In my opinion healing comes when we know our bodys' and we love ourselves. I've spoken to myself and also listened to what the answers are. It's sounds ridiculous to many but this also keeps people from taking the step it takes to really be a friend to yourself. There's something to this. Think about this, "Why do they call it practising medicine and some of you would prefer to practice another's ideas.
Thank you!
I'm a believer.
Love,
Susan

Thank you Amber! WEll taken and felt!
I have been doing alot of this lately!
Finding those places within, to be touched!
and feeling drained most days!
My efforts will not ceize! Mother Earth will see to it! This I know! as I open myself UP! to her and much around me...
I want Positivety throughout!

Amber, I agree sitting and meditating is of utmost importance to good health and well being. Allowing the body & mind to rest and take time to enjoy what God has given us is of utmost importance. A nice write.

Very much appreciated Amber. Truth in words and wisdom. We should all take time to inhale the energies that surround us each day.
Thanks and best regards,
Chris

Sick one...heal thyself, should be the first one we ever hear of the miriads of rules that will coming our way.
Inspiration from Mother Nature and seeing how she heals the wounds on her landscape are the less we can take as a lesson.
