State Of being
State of restful mind and soul
content with peaceful thoughts.
Satisfied with personal accomplishments.
Happy with family ties,
In love with being a Nonni,
Still wanting that special man in my life,
while practicing patience and perseverance.
Meditating at the beach,
keeping my mind and soul nourished,
walking to tone my body,
knowing that time is not on my side.
Making good memories with friends,
writing everyday to keep the cobwebs clear,
Channeling only positive energy,
dispelling negativity, always.
I am a woman of substance,
A person that people look up to,
and come to when in need;
a shoulder to lean on, always a healing hand.
I have been blessed with a nurturing spirit
and the mystical energy of a healer.
The power of positive living
has brought me peace and tranquility.
This is my state of being at this very moment!

reflections of my introspections---- as into my soul you're seeing
light and dark -----shades of living in my world
highs and lows-----the middle path----as into my life i'm hurled
travelling at great speed-----across galaxies of soul lifetimes
my soul in evolution-------towards --- Divine union sublime
