Yes, very good point there at the end. Sometimes, we even have to distance ourselves from those who steal our energy for awhile, or forever, depending. I am a firm believer in the mind-body connection, and am a testament to what stress can do to a body. Oh yes Amber..I know what you mean..I too am in the same predicament.
I have an anti-stress Center and many people flow in and out of my doors..and being an empathic I tend to absorb much if I'm not careful.

A very "positive" write. It made me think of the first line of Rudyard Kipling's poem: "If you can keep your head when all about you are losing thers and blaming it on you;... ...Your's is the earth and everything that's in it,.." Your poem offers some terrific advice.

Amber, you're still a child at 57. Just wait until you get my age!! I hope that, like me, you will still feel 57. I love my age and life. It's never been better.
