Closure is such a precious thing- and can be so fragile...nearly missed.

Beautiful Amber, this is just so exquisite!

Why does it always have to be so complicated in real life, why does one person choose to turn away when the other has faith, why is it most always so heart-breaking! I just can't rationalize and sanitize it away like so many can. I'm so glad to read your poetry because I see you and I are on the same page.

Amber, This so touched my heart!!! He loved so much that he couldn't bare to see her in pain! He knew that if he told her about the cancer when he was alive she would be devasted! He wanted her to only think of the good things while he was away... Finally closure after ten years. He loved so much that is why the letter took so long to arrive... Love, and hugs my friend. :)

So very sad circumstances. Imagine what he was feeling? His love remained but he was in the jailhouse of illness. Great writing, Viv. So very sad.

I think in most casest he heart rules the mind when it comes to love but some times the mind stands up and says...sorry love is not enough or if you love someone enough you will sacrifice what you really want to give your lover a chance for true happiness.
