Transforming

Reflections on past life
coming full circle
recalling childhood memories
brought clarity into my mind.

Sitting on the beach,
where I played each summer
catapulted me into a realization
I have come back full circle to my roots.

I have been drifting for the past two years,
wondering where I belonged,
should I leave my job, my home,
start fresh once again.

It seems to happen to me,
every seven years.
I have always been on the seven year cycle.
Never really understanding this until today.

I didn't do anything to change my life two years ago,
that would have been a seven year cycle.
No wonder  I have been a wandering lost soul.
I am now making changes that will enhance my life.

It's funny, when you stop and really look,
you see what is clearly in front of you,
that it was always there, but you failed to open
your eyes and heart to what the Universe was saying.

Transformation is the key to moving forward,
Transfixing is no longer an option.
One must always make choices to transform
our lives for the better.

Be proactive,
Open your eyes,
Open your heart
and let the Universe guide your way.
