Sorry to complain my friends. Been up half the night trying to write but this is all I could come up with. Most days it seems like everything will be just fine and then the devil shows his ugly face and screws up one's mind royally. Please pardon this sad excuse for a poetic story but it's all I could come up with this morning. I pray that God is with you and blesses you in everything you do. The devil’s working overtime, There has been no relief tonight; All I can do is pray to God, To help make this old body right.
I’ve tried all the pain pills I have, But the pain just gets much worse; Lord, won’t You do me a favor, See that my ride today’s a hearse.
Woke up at two thirty in tears, Praying the pain would go away; Now I'm at the end of my rope, I just pray that I’ll die today.
Friends please say a prayer for me, Not much more of this can I take; Maybe it’s wrong to pray for death, Maybe I’ll take a walk to the lake.
The devil works in terrible ways, Trying all things to test our faith; I swear I won’t let him get me, God, I pray that my soul You‘ll take.
You suffered more than this Lord, In giving Your life for our sin; I promise You, I won’t give up, I refuse to let the devil win.
My Lord, I really do need Your help, Grant me a bit of strength to cope; As long as I hold You in my heart, I’ll always have a reason to hope.
But, Dear God, I do beg of You, Please, just take me home today; I feel there is no help on earth, I feel there is no other way.
Pain is such a horrible thing, It affects one’s body and mind;
I have to get myself busy,
I must keep praying overtime.
I knw pain is awful for you to bear. God be with you.
Buit I just lst my dear sister in law in Ohio Sun Jan25 and now Feb 3 my brother has passed away. On my way to Ohio for services. not a vacation i want at this time.

You know the power of prayer and I understand what pain does to a person...I witnessed it many years.
My dear friend, my personal experience is that praying for death yields nothing ... my mom did that for over twenty years first because she couldn't make ends meet after our dad died, then because she gave up hope of EVER getting our of poverty (we didn't) and then because of the pain.
Pray, as I do for us all, for strength, courage and HIS shoulder to help bear whatever trials we must endure. He never gives us more than we can bear ... remember Job?

God is stronger than that ol' devil; you have to keep rebuking Satan with the Blood of Jesus! Keep on doing that, and trust in the Lord! He'll get you through! You are ever in my prayers!

I'm not sure of what kind of pain this is. Is this chest pain? I ask that is because my hubby has had chest pains for ages and every time we went to the hospital, no one could find anything wrong with him; but one just doesn't get chest pains for nothing, it was so severe by July/August last year he thought he was going to die.
Trips to the hospital were of no use, the ECG charts all showed normal every time; and the blood tests always showed normal as well, so each time we were told to go home and see his own doctor; but yet he continued to have severe chest pains.
I suspected the validity of the ECG charts from the hospital, so I suggested for hubby to ask his own doctor for recommendation of a heart specialist to take some Nuclear Stress tests and ECO tests, and it turned out that these tests were to be a life-savers for him. The blood clots were found just in time. The clots sat in several places in his artery. On the main artery there sat two clots; each was over 95% clogged up!!! He was almost immediately admitted to the hospital for surgery. The surgeons had to insert two stents in the 95% clogged up areas in his main arter - one large, and one small, to allow the blood to flow through. The smaller clots are still there in his smaller arteries, each of these areas are about 50% clogged up so they will still need to be monitored by constantly taking medication.
If you are having chest pains I suggest you go to your doctor IMMEDIATELY and make appointments for the Nuclear Stress Test and the ECO test without further delays. If you need the surgery then go for it for after the surgery you will feel a whole lot better.
If you have pains other than chest pains, then there could be other problems please DO check with your doctor immediately.
You will be on my prayers list for RECOVERY. I will be praying for you. Please DO NOT pray for death, for God would not like you to do that.
