The poems I wrote of Genesis,
Will be printed within a book;
Titled GENESIS DECODED,
I pray that you’ll give it a look.

Written so all might understand,
The stories of our beginning;
God gave me the words to do this,
So all will know of the meaning.

From the first day of Creation,
To the making of the first man;
God knew just what He was doing,
All was according to His plan.

By His grace, He gave us free will,
It was man who chose to waste it;
When the fruit was placed before Eve,
It was she who chose to taste it.

The story of Noah’s in there,
How he was told to build the ark;
The story of Babel’s there too,
How Jacob came to build his flock.

And the story of Joseph’s dream,
Of how he was sent to Egypt;
And the last days of Israel,
His final words before his death.

Subtitled, “The Biblical Trail,
Of our early Lessons in Life;”
It’s Number Four in the series,
To help with our worries and strife.

Available sometime in March,
Or April; we’ll just wait and see;
Time to move on with Exodus,
Thank You, my Lord for your story.
