Each day there are lessons in life,
Open our eyes and we shall see;
The love that God has for us all,
As it was always meant to be.

Right now the trail may seem too steep,
But the peak is within our sight;
If we take one step at a time,
We’ll reach The Everlasting Light.

And if we’d like, He’ll walk with us,
By our side on our toughest trails;
We’ll learn life’s lessons together,
Tell all we meet of our wondrous tales.

No matter what the future brings,
God’s love can’t be taken away;
The gift that He has given us,
It is ours forever to stay.

As long as we will remember,
To trust in God and simply have faith;
Open wide the door to our hearts,
Invite Him in, it’s not too late.

Just cherish the blessings we have,
Take them with us along the trails;
Each one of them God has given,
To prove His love can never fail.

His wonders are all around us,
From small brooks that struggle to flow;
To eagles soaring in the sky,
And trees that seek the sun‘s warm glow.

Just as the rain makes the grass green,
The love that God gives can restore;
Any soul that may need healing,
He’ll make it the way it was before.

The darkest clouds will melt away,
The stars will again start to shine;
The moon will rise over the hills,
Telling of the glory we‘ll find.
