Three years is approaching so fast,
Since his blessing came from above;
An angel from Heaven itself,
A gift sent down from God with love.

A blessing he'll ever cherish,
She changed his whole life for the best;
Both of their worlds are so much fuller,
Their love's withstood God's toughest tests.

Two years ago they had to part,
For there was duty to be done;
Oaths that were taken long ago,
Must be kept 'til the battle's won.

Time and space may keep them apart,
Yet, their love only grows stronger;
For a love that came from Heaven,
Will last forever and longer.

There's no doubt in their minds at all,
That God has a divine plan for them;
The only question that remains,
Not a question of why; just when.

And if that's in Eternity,
They'll walk heart to heart on their trail;
One day at a time, it's God's will;
True love from Heaven cannot fail.
