Easter Day message of April 4, 2010,
given by Pastor Joel Nason
at the Heritage Free Will Baptist Church in Laconia, New Hampshire,
My friends, take another walk with me,
There’s so much to learn back through time;
You don‘t need to take a leap of faith,
One step at a time will do just fine.
We’ll take a look at history,
The fact that Jesus did exist;
Yet, unbelievers still argue,
I don’t understand why they resist.
Let us go back through time to the night,
The star lit night our Savior came down;
Born lowly and humble to Mary,
Though He was born wearing a crown.
We’ll walk by His side quietly,
As He tries to show man the way;
The way to life in eternity,
And why to our Lord we should pray.
We’ll walk with Him into the fields,
With the many who came to see;
If Jesus was the Son of God,
Sent here to save both you and me.
We can even try the water,
He miraculously turned to wine;
Had it served to the wedding guests,
Christ made that event turn out fine.
Let’s walk with Him through the temple,
Where men gambled and came to play;
But, Jesus taught them a lesson,
That God’s house was a place to pray.
I wish I could cover it all,
In just one poetic story;
Still, I ask you all to believe,
You’ll discover it all in Glory.
Walk with me with an open mind,
Open your heart, open your soul;
It’s all written in history,
God’s glorious story of old.

Well done my friend. I believe in Jesus as, I shall not be good Moslem if I don’t. In Islamic teachings Jesus is the spirit of God, Allah in our case but not son of God as in the case of Christians. But in all cases all religions are of the same origins and they all call people to live in peace with each other. The way people interpret is another case.
