Been a long time since I spoke up,
But now, I have something to say;
Your leaders have really screwed up,
They’re destroying the U.S.A.

But, to tell you the real truth,
They haven’t done it all alone;
Each and every citizen,
Has a hand in killing our home.

You only care about yourself,
If you don’t care where something’s made;
You’re lacking patriotic pride,
And our economy has paid.

Citizens losing jobs and homes,
You, my friends, are the ones to blame;
Don’t point your fingers at Washington,
It’s you who should hang your heads in shame.

Bring my old slogan back again,
The one made famous years ago;
In times of war it was needed,
Yes, this is war I’ll have you know!

Now, my friends, again I WANT YOU,
But this time in a different way;
Fellow Americans, I want you,
To buy what’s made in the U.S.A.

Now let me state this plain and simple,
Buying foreign is an act of treason;
Don’t you give me your lame excuses,
There’s simply no logical reason.

If you want to save our country today,
You’d do well to listen to Uncle Sam;
Pulling together, we can all do it,
This is simply the best “stimulus plan.”
