A slight variation of a poem of the same name from the fifth book in my Lessons in Life series, FAITH ALONG LIFE'S TRAILS.

Standing atop of the mountain,
I admire the beauty below;
A sky so blue with clouds so white,
I wonder how many don't know.
The wonders that God has given,
The trees standing so tall and proud;
The birds soaring up in the sky,
Singing their songs of praise aloud.
The fields filled with flowers for all,
While deer roam with nary a care;
Water flowing from springs below,
Wonders from God are everywhere.
A scene that's like one from a dream,
As breezes caress my worn old face;
I'm always in awe at what I see,
I've surely been blessed by His grace.
As I gaze down from the mountain,
A vision like never before;
All at once it envelopes me,
Alone, I will battle no more.
The Lord is ever at my side,
There is no question of that fact;
It's a simple matter of faith,
A blessing which too many lack.

All at once it envelopes me,

The miracle is we have a vision - like never before!
Every sunset is different; no two are alike.
The rain showers are different.
Even the mountains are all different.
How can teens say life is boring?
Perhaps they view the world with their eyes shut!
Thank you for this poem that's filled with wisdom and inspiration, it gives us hope in life's dark trails. "Without faith it is impossible to please God; for all who come to Him must believe that He exists and rewards those who earnestly seek Him."
Yes Paul too many neglect to accept. They say everyone speaks to God when they feel their life is near the end, what a shame and we know our Father hears every word. Great write.
