It matters not our mission,
As we walk along life's trail;
What counts is how we do it,
How we handle all the gales.

At the end of each new day,
A small note the Lord will make;
If what we've done to others,
Were all done for Jesus' sake.

If we share our every blessing,
Offer help to the many in need;
Pray for all the less fortunate,
He'll take note of our good deeds.

Then when life comes to an end,
We pray that our record will show;
We treated all with such kindness,
Many seeds of love were sowed.

So, have no doubt about it,
Our live's history He keeps;
If all we did and said was good,
His reward is what we will reap.
