There's no other creature on Earth
That gives undeniable love
Or one that is more forgiving
Than the dog God sent from above

Once you let one into your heart
There's no better friend to be found
I thank God for my dog He sent
I sure love having her around

Man may be made in God's image
But the dog is His reflection
Without a shadow of a doubt
Dogs are nearer to perfection

It's said, "Only the good die young"
And that's fitting in the dog's case
Let a canine become your friend
Don't let all that love go to waste

I believe there was no mistake
Made in the way that dog is spelled
G O D  in reflection is  D O G
Yet it's but a theory I tell

Yes, it makes so much sense to me
Dogs are more loving than us; they are
I pray all dogs go to Heaven
For they are more deserving by far!
