My youngest boy and I were talking About the many meanings of love And just what a great gift it is Lovingly sent from up above Love has to do with sacrifice By simply showing how we care Material things mean nothing If true love's not already there Just caring and understanding Being somewhere because we can Calling up on the telephone Just gently holding someone's hand Some people buy love with money And sadder to say - some accept But when that money is all gone Then one really has nothing left Yes, I'll take love over money I'll take love over silver and gold Money can't keep us company Or give us a hug when we're cold I've seen money do awful things Like tearing apart a family The love of money can corrupt I know for, it happened to me No, our money cannot buy love God given love just can't be bought Though it may gain us attention It's not the real comfort we sought I'd like my Grandkids to love me Not because I could buy them things I'd like them to love me for me For contentment that true love brings Thank You Lord, for showing us how How to express Heaven sent love And that's what love is all about God's greatest gift from up above

Amen Paul! Truly Christ said it all, it is in the love of money that is the root of all evil. It is when you give yourself away that you see the real importance of life! Thank God for his grace and mercy that supercede all things and we are rewarded by the love and forgiveness of Christ, we see it in the faces of our children and grandchildren and it makes us be what we are to be, love.

Bravo Paul!

You captured God's greatest gift and orchestrated it into a poetic song.

Yes, when all else fails we need to show our love for one another.

This is because - "Love never fails" Why? Because God IS love!
