The garden now shuts out the light Overgrown tangled vines Within the room day is turned into night Darkness, blindness bind the mind Life’s garden has entangled my heart Twisting vines confusing love’s intent Weeds of deceit tearing me apart Until all emotions are lustfully spent Pruning seems the only course Cutting away both vine and weed Removing the darkness of remorse A chance to lay down fresh new seed © Michael R Wood

Beautiful Michael ,we all grow better after a good prune,but don't plant new seeds please, the tap root of you is strong and will grow perfectly when those weeds and other troublesome vines are pulled away. I can't wait to see next seasons flowers...guess this poem is one that managed to bloom anyway.Love your ideas.
