I can't go to sleep either without a good night kiss and those goodnight kisses stopped when I was 12 years old. This is well written and I could "see" everything you put in here.
Never leave home, or hang up the phone with a loved one without saying "I love you". Give hugs every chance you can get. And never, ever, forget, those especial good night kisses, because they mean and say so much.
