I love good wordplay and this one is really something kids would enjoy. I hope you are sharing it with them.
On the other hand, I recently discovered escargot. It's hard to believe that the slimy creatures can be cooked in a way that makes them taste like chewy beef and not at all slimy like okra–uughh!

Yuk. I like 'em battered'n fried.
I'm glad I checked over here, because I don't remember getting an update for this poem, and I would have remembered it because of the name. Anyway, battered'n fried, Coors Light . . .
Naw, I don't drink anymore, except for my one glass of cheap California burgundy before bedtime, which is coming up.
