It was by the light

of an eerie half moon

while wading in the swamp

gigging for frog

that I watched

a purple bellied woozey wog

as he crept across the creepy bog.

He crouched and slithered

through the swirling fog

on legs that moved

like slimy green logs.

I heard a dirty evil thump

and with eyes agog I turned and saw

not this dasterdly monster of a woozy wog

but the wet wagging tail

of herbert hatfield’s hound dog

Should title this Woozey Wog. A new critter to be watched out for when in the bog! Nice. M.True

It doesn't get funnier than that, and A+ for originality.
