there in your head
at night when your're lyin in bed
do you ever hear a song
or a poem
or moment gone wrong
do you ever hear
a moment in time
do you ever fear
a long lost rhyme
do ever take a pillow
and try as you will tho'
can't get rid
of the voices you hid
did ya' ever wake up in the mornin'
ready to sleep
then remember
the read 'em and weep
do you ever hear voices
and wait for the AC
to drown out
the noises
that keep you from sleep
will in do
bet you do too
'cause voices haunt
all of us
noises from the past
still seem to last
they taunt us
they flaunt us
deep in the night
or early in the day
they won't take flight
they just seem ta' stay
voices
and choices
there in our head
onld books we once read

Live today as though it were Your last… this way yesterday would be a fond memory… and hope that tomorrow will be a better day than today… and then those voices will remain silent and allow You to rest with no regrets! Keep The Faith.
Ah those voices. TTake a notepad to bed and jot down what they say. After a good night's sleep you will find some great ideas.

No Steve, but I still talk to myself in Spanish and answer myself in English. I remember when I was fairly young and drinking very heavily, I used to hear music and singing from whatever was popular at the time. I think that is called delirum DTs. I am so happy that I kicked the drinking habit about 20 years ago. That was the second hardest thing I ever did; the first hardest was stopping smoking about ll years ago to no avail; I still got emphysema. Bill
