overcast
clouds
will they last
a shroud
into Monday

this day
seems to fit
my mood
my attitude
and so i sit
this Sunday

and i wait for Monday

gray
loneely
ill at ease
with my "me's"
i stay & pray

guess it's the season
remind's me of the past
and a Life that didn't last

on Sunday's

memories & histories

and gone away's

there in the gray
of each Sunday

nothing will last
it's all in the past

all those years

all those fears

face to face

on this Sunday
when the sky is gray
what happened to yesterday?

but tomorrow is Monday
another day
that will come my way

to this gray day
