a Love Song
doesn't last too long
it's hard ta' sing along
with a broken radio

the words are all wrong
too many verses that don't belong
just seems like the same old song
with a broken radio

it's hard ta' hear
the sounds not clear
all ya' hear is a fallin' tear
with a broken radio

hard tell the beginning from the end
the music doesn't blend
hard for a broken heart ta' mend
with a broken radio

no, a Love Song
doesn't last long
hard ta' sing along
with a broken radio

Reminds me that life itself is very short.

Just as love's a precious gift ...too big a gift for a broken radio,
