angel flyin' too close to the ground. guess i never knew our love was bound by your love for him bein' 'round. guess i never heard that sound. never knew he kept comin' round. never knew your heart was blue. wadn't true . wanted him. anyway, wadt' would'i do? sing the same song? sing outta' tune? guess that's what i did. your love for him couldn't be hid. guess that's why did what i did. angel flyin' too low. angel who just didn't know. angel stayin' with me & always wunderin' why. angel just couldn't fly.
