it was supposed to be a one night thing just a gentle fling
you were singing in an old bar i was playin pool same old fool you took a break i didn't hesitate hey i'm me hey you're you just a one night thing that was weeks ago and i've come to know we have come to grow you said you loved me today so would you do this for me could we forever have a one night thing
