This is very true. It often results in my quite familiar bouts with insomnia some nights. This is short and sweet... how memories should be, yes? But too often aren't. :)
steve, i have learned the hard way that everything from a toothache to loneliness is intensified by night...and old friend, by alchohol...you can make it if you really want to.
