pretty colors of red & gold spendin' time remeberin' a love grown cold rememberin' a the love was true s just spendin' time killin' the blues greens & yellow feelin' mellow tryin' ta' be a jolly fellow tryin' ta' figger what ta' do just spendin' time killin' the blues livin' in technicolor still wantin' ta' holler wantin' ta' scream rememberin' an old dream feelin Life's hues just spendin time killin' the blues
