roses remind me of you

but roses wither & die
without care
the roses ain't there
rose pettles fall ta' the wind
the blossoms end
ever ask a rose bush...
"why did ya' die?"

but the wrinkles remain
they're still the same
only more
weathered with time
weathered with pain
wrinkles are there
'till you die
