The calendar says it's Summer now.
Each day's a Summer Day.
Along the Texas coast
it's been Summer for quite sometime.
A month, maybe two.
Heat & morning dew.
Each day's pretty much the same.
Blue sky's, puffy clouds,
a gentle breeze in the morning,
wind all Summer Day.
Occasionally, a Summer rain.
But things still begin to dry.
Each Summer Day just seems to pass by.
To paraphrase Bob Dylan,
(pardon me, sir, if you're willin')

to know about another Summer Day".
Hot and Humid, 20% chance of rain.
For me, 100% sure of pain.
Something about a Summer Day
always reminds me of you.

Bye-gone Days.
Those Summer Days
I remember
everytime
Summer comes my way.
