IF is a word that can kill you.

It has the power to bring up your Past.
It has the strength to devour your Future.
And, It can easily rob you of Today.

" IF " can remind you of Guilt.
" IF " can cause you Shame.
" IF can besiege you with Fear.

For such a small word
It can sure do some damage.

" Is "is a word that can free you
from the power of "IF".
" IS " reflects the Light of the truth.
The way IT IS is the way " IT IS ".

Now, Today, This Minute, This Moment.

HOW IT IS not How It could have been.
Not How It could be.
Not How I would like It to be.

" IS " is Reality. So Deal with IT.
