Dad, You are my Hope and my Strength I accept you as you are Not what you should be Realistic Hope For too much hope leads to disappointment and despair The hidden reality is still you I also accept you as you can be and the potential in me as I seek a creative and potential life Today at dawn I am grateful for you For your faithfulness and kindness confidence, patience and imperfection Forget and learn from the past I strain towards the goal In the fullness of time May I too be an example for my own family A father’s love is from above a prize awaits you at the end of your days... Wonderful write for Father's Day. Jesus is the greatest gift to us. I find this write is so thoughtful of a father and a son to write it for him. My father was patience itself, so good a one.
