Walk  onwards... That walk in mindful state

You and I

Across the strasse near the lake

My friend for life with careful eyes

Myself with no agenda slate

But just to talk

And Walk...

By the oak tree, over sitting bench

by flowing steams of water and thoughts

The corner cafe stood

Where we once met...good

Glances and smiles, holding hands

Wonderful feelings of two in love with fresh wedding bands

The stone cobbled street led us the way

the wind and scene carry both to stay

together for 28 years now

unchanged as the path of life

goes to and fro with a glow

Cursed the struggles of life so far

You calmed me now like a soft star

Across the stone paths

We now move forward in talk

And heeded the call of the walk
