 Shades of Silence

The truth in silence,
shown golden on caps of waves,
though destiny's blue

I totally agree with Jon. Destiny is like the truth that sails ever so surely. Silent and serene in every shade and facet of life as it continue to journey towards its destination. Beautiful haiku, Christine.

Blessings and love,
Sheri

I AM BLOWN AWAY! YOUR PHRASES, UNSTRAINED AND FLOWING, SHARING YOUR FEELINGS THAT CORRELATE WITH THE PICTURE SO ARTISICALLY PERFECT. AN EXCELLENT 'Q'! I LOVE THIS AND APPRECIATE YOUR GIFT EVEN MORE. THANKS FOR SHARING AND BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOURS.

One of the things I like about your poetry, Christine, is that it's short and says so very much. Beautiful work.

Seems multi-leveled with both happiness and sadness combined. We can take comfort in truth even when it may also not always be the truth we wish it could be.

Christine,
This is tight as a bowstring...the silence is golden image woven in seamlessly, and the impact of the whole is remarkably good. Top class!

Kinda existentialist in that all three lines more or less stand alone. Coalesced together they are wonderful.

Such a gem, Christine! Conceptually tight as a pearl in an oyster and just as precious. Once we have seen the vast expanse of silvered Truth opening up before us, our sails are trimmed for venture and we set sail on golden stillness and calm. xx
