In the Christian Church, there are two kinds, the ones who profess Christ and the ones who "possess" Christ. One will know the difference by their fruit. "Thus, by their fruit you will know them. Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven."
(Matthew 7:20-21)
In the vast harvest field of humanity
The Son of Man sowed seeds of Wheat.
While the Enemy sought to bring iniquity
So he randomly spread the Seed of Weeds.
The seeds grew together side by side,
The wheat now fruit-laden bowed low.
The weeds stood tall in haughty pride
While the wheat, their Source, they know.
The more fruit it had, the lower it bent,
For the wheat knew not to exalt itself,
The Lord of the Harvest had graciously sent
His care, His provision, and His Divine help.
The Church is the field, earth kingdom of God,
In it grow both wheat and the weeds.
At the end of the age when the harvest is had,
Their fruit will reveal the kind of their seed.
As man looks at the outward appearance,
God always looks at the heart,
We receive His grace in humble forbearance,
His example of meekness He will impart.
For Christ is the Vine, we are mere branches,
And without Him we are utterly nothing.
The key to receive His heavenly riches
Is humble obedience and constant abiding.
