In my mind December devils dance, prance in premature pride, so soon disrupting quiet center, gift of present, imprinting fanciful swirls of dubious promises, hammering happenings and half-truth deep into soft tissue-paper wishes, shattering hope’s reflection, creating color of chaos, leaving my life in disarray;

See how we fly without leaving the ground of our love – two snow angels, weightless in the womb of wordless wonder, held and protected, swaddled, still becoming a song, repeating what was, is and yet shall be: comfort and joy, miracle of love;

This is a beautiful poem, well constructed as the form of the stanza can be visualized. There is also great contrat between the first (rather dark poetry) and the second (more light shining). One of the best I've read today. Victor
