You can never be too careful ...

by CJ Heck Daddy, who's that man who's watching you and me? Here, child, take my hand, we're going to cross the street. Daddy, there's that man again, in the window, in that store. Here child, take my hand, don't look there any more. But, Daddy, who's that man? He just won't go away. Here, child, take my hand, with me you'll safely stay. Child, it's best to find an officer. We'll tell him about the man. He will know just what to do. Here, child, take my hand. ��

TV newscasts are loaded daily with stories of child abuse. In some cases the parents are the culprits. Very fine writing.

The sad realization of today's society by parents and grandparents is that our children are no longer safe no matter where they are. We need to "teach, preach and reach" out to them to ensure that they know what to do but also that we are there for them. Great message CJ

Hi. Haven see you in a while. I liked this. Very much. Yes, go to the cops, but even if you did in the case of what happened in this poem they wouldn't, or couldn't, do anything. But at least it would scare the man away.
