The Sunday School teachers Bible was so tattered that he had duct tape holding it together
He carries a paperback Bible.
It’s well used there’s no doubt.
Pages are bent and dog eared
And it has book marks all about.
The outside colors have faded much.
Duct tape holds the cover together.
It appears it’s the only Bible for him.
There cannot be any other.
It didn’t get this way sitting on the shelf.
It’s from preparing for Sunday School.
This has worn it inside and out.
And in it’s own way, it looks so cool.
