Explorations in the mystery of what we are. "To be in the grip of an opinion means to be in the grip of your mind and mistaking that for who you are in essence." Eckhart Tolle A human being is part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. We experience ourselves, our thoughts and feelings as something separate from the rest. A kind of optical delusion of consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from the prison ~Albert Einstein
Reality; is the frame, the screen, the container which allows the dream-scape to appear We are this vessel, the screen, the Reality and Not the dream or the dreamer The rule of Reality – it never changes It is true peace How to Know the dream or Reality? Emotions can be happy or sad therefore they change and are a dream Pain can be less or more therefore it changes and is the dream Beliefs in good or evil change therefore are the dream Opinions in right or wrong are changeable therefore are the dream The body is born, ages, and dies it changes therefore it is the dream Every thought we think changes, therefore it is the dream We have been mis-taught to see and experience a dream life and believe it is real, instead of the Peace of Being What Is... Real Like clouds upon the sky appearing and disappearing We take it all too serious and rarely question why
