A master said – "it won't bother you, if you don't think about it."
Whaaat??? I immediately began to think about it the mind wants to know I expanded it out into gigantic proportion I collapsed it down into minute possibilities all angles and perspectives potential nooks and crannies it made me cry, it made me laugh, I found words triggered emotions anger, frustration, irritation, annoyance, indifference acceptance, allowance, and more every thought I could possibly think was thought and felt until I could not think any more exhausted... I realized, he is right.... it only bothers me, when I think about it.

of such is my life made of... not negatively, so much as positively... I just love mind games and puzzles for certain sure and know that my brain just works and teases EVERYTHING like a dog knawing a bone. But yeah... if it's something that's troubling, if you don't manage to "sort it right" then it will eat up your insides. Guess it goes with the territory of being creative with ideas and perhaps therefore slightly overactive! Who would want it otherwise, though?! :)) xx

Hah! Yes, gotta love it. Put your mind to other things and it won't have time for angst. And, yes, it is easier said than done. Plus we like to live in misery at times in our lives, some more than others.
