Tearful quarries and disastrous pitfalls
Surrealism’s voices echoes
through an ethereal tunnel
Misspoken within chaotic indifferences
renouncing itself over and over again
while bare hands scribe to the muses
of temerity’s vision(s)
Announcing amidst the concessions of ignorance
the stigma of self-righteous importance arrives
as self-servants of ego raises it’s thorns
to pierce the owners of indemnity
As the shadows of darkness whisper
to the eternal rose of calamity
Emotional fortresses are frail
while futile barriers are hallowed
Uncleansed by the shedding of misshapen lives
Imprinting it’s permanence upon the scars of wounds
thorns that hail a riddle of significance unrealized
the abundant pools of sorrow spill, and spill
all the while announcing within the shadowy lures
healing balms under brick and stone…

This is the most powerful piece of poetry I've seen you write to date. It is containment within your vessel of the collection of bane in a purifier of cleansing to the highest power. This is what you can do when you are alone having removed yourself from destructive personalities and vile manipulators who toy with the mind like it's a game of pit and viper...onward and upward.
My, my, Vickie, this is poetry. Real, naked and unabashed poetry. Pointing fingers and dwelling within the "holier than thou" sanctuary which is found within the "brick and stone" edifices where "concessions of ignorance the stigma of self-righteous importance" resides.
