Sometimes life leaves us feeling vulnerable, and sometimes when left alone with our thoughts we can picture a safe place to be, here is mine.
Theres a place I wish to be. I long to feel the warmth that be there. A safe place with the familiar scent of earthy oils. A place alive with soft pounding and rythmic air. A place were my soul can be free from the mundane restraints of life which hold it captive. A soft place to lay my head, yet strong and protective. A place where I can feel the love and desire that surrounds me. A place I am free to touch the reality of my imagination. A place where I lay silently smiling as rose petals whisper softly in my ear. A place far from me, surrounded by myth and legend, yet so close I can almost feel it. A place I am free to be me and reveal my very being without fear. A place where my surroundings will know the truth of my heart without a word ever leaving my lips.
Would that there could be such a place within our passing here. It seems to me that you are describing a kind of "heaven." Well done and thank you. Love and peace to you,
