In another time where I
walked on air, you pulled
me into the vortex of your
thoughts and then haunted
my dreams


In another time where I
walked on air, you came for
me on silent footsteps and
took my hand


In another time where I
walked on air, you kissed
my lips and took me under


In another time where I
walked on air, you initiated
the first drops of moisture
to infuse a raging storm


In another time where I
walked on air, we became
one dream lost in another
time.

This is vintage free verse at its best, Marilyn: A rhythmic journey enhanced by appropriate repetition together with a gentle yet positive progression of theme from beginning to end. I enjoyed reading it and have assigned it to "my library" for future visits!
