A Busy Day

Where to start? Too much to do
I can't remember who is who
Or what is what, or where or is where
My mind is simply everywhere

The problems mounting, can't see through
Demands for time and money too
There's just too much, the day is late
So most of it will have to wait

But surely life won't always be
This crazy for the likes of me
There must be quiet and peace somehow
A day of rest, let's have that now!

Remember then, to take this rest
For life can't always be so stressed
Even our creator took
Some time to stop and quietly look

There's so much good within your life
You might not see amidst the strife
So even more's the need to stop
Review your ways, perhaps close the shop

Then when refreshed, you'll carry on
Another day has come and gone
You might feel it was wasted - No!
If always busy, your life can't grow
