But Words Shall Never Harm Me

The muse was quiet for far too long... :)
Couldn't read between the lines when every page was turned to fast... where ink and memories blurred the meanings casting shadows on the past. I kept the flow of words a river just to drown my own regret... sometimes it hurts to be the strong one when the moment's all you get. So one more look beneath the binding making sure each page is read... to leave no room for missing phrases of these words that fill my head. If only I could find notation just a noun or adjective... something to offer up a reason for this life I'm bound to live. Where no one stays the same forever seems that I can never change... for no amount of rhyme or reason can these pages rearrange. So I move on through every chapter searching for a fairytale... a way to redefine this manuscript that captures this my hell.

Ah yes, Melissa, the pages of a book which we just can't put down, nor can we change the story so far because it is written. However, we can change the pages ahead before we get to them.....
