Sail on today’s wind,
            for yesterday’s is spent
You can’t fly on another’s air--     
            And it isn’t up for rent

            Don’t let them hold you back
Tomorrow’s winds are fickle,
            and you never know if you’ll lack

The path that you must take, dear,
            isn’t written in the wind;
but I hope a gentle breeze finds you
            and to me, kindly sends

            and navigate through all your lonely fears

Beware the rocks 
            that lie hidden at night
Avoid the dark shadows & shallows 
            by always looking to the Light

Glide upon the surface- -
            Soar over the silken waves
Hoist your sails--let them billow;
            the air, it won’t be saved

So blow a kiss to yesterday--
            then, continue on your way
In time you’ll find the safe harbor--
            a place where you can stay

Let angels’ wings lend breath to you
            and show your soul its shoring
Sail on today’s wind--
            to home: your eternal mooring
