Never Loved Lovers that have never loved They had only ever glanced The bond was strong between them Would they ever get their chance? Each day they only dare look As they pass on bye in the street Fumbling for a reason To stop and finally meet Twice a day their paths cross Twice a day they stare Twice a day their thoughts linger Twice a day they despair And so it is, and so it shall be That these lovers shall never love If they had only followed their feelings They would be like hands in a glove
