On the other hand... I think I am a Mom, or Mommy, and a mother...My kids don't really appreciate the Mother in me. Last week, one of my kids was even kind enough to tell me I was mean. Sigh...Let's just hope he meant the Mother in me, and not the mom...

I must have been a holy terror when I was quite young, my mom spoiled me rotten, and dad, well he had to be the bad guy, as i guess somebody had too...he and I had a rough life though for the last several years of his life things did change for the better...I still miss him every now and then, I just wish he could have met Rufuz, as its been, and I can't believe it, 20 years since his passing...life goes on & sometimes, but only SOMETIMES, I see my dad in something I do...OMG, I'M TURNING INTO MY FATHER!!! LOL, Ed

I love this Bonnie. My dad wasn't around much while I was growing up so my Mom carried the entire load. Your poem reminds me of the difference between Mommie, Mama, and Mother. Mother was a mighty force to be reckoned with and she always won and was always right. Bless her soul.
