Love is a Gold Rush
Rubies sparkle in North Caroline.
Gold gleams bright on the mountainside.
Turquoise catches the eye in Arizona.
Together we’ll search for treasures unseen
From Mississippi to Wyoming.
But Baby, I’ve simply got to pause to tell you…
I’ve already found the Mother Lode
And Georgia is where my heart is home.
Diamonds don’t compare
To the southern gem of your heart that I found there!
So Adventure? Bring it on. Let’s go!
From desert heat to mountain snow.
I stake my claim on you from this day on.
No matter what we find as we roam
No mountain gold or gem below
Could possibly outshine my love for you.
I’ve already found the Mother Lode
And Georgia is where my heart is home.
Diamonds don’t compare
To the southern gem of your heart that I found there!
