Self explanatory

Don’t try to cage me Don’t even try Don’t try to blame me Cos I will fly I’m a butterfly I’m a butterfly chorus I will flutter Then fly Don’t try to hold me I’m fragile I’ll break Gently allure me I’ll stay for a while Don’t try to pin me down Because I will die Chorus repeat My colours are radiant Like that of the sky God gave me this freedom So I could fly Don’t try to cage me Don’t even try Just hope to engage me Before I will die chorus repeat Twice Just love me For what I am And what I give Joy to the eye Because I’m a Butterfly I can take you with me I soar so high Love me Because I’m me I’m a Butterfly When you see me You will smile Because my heart is pure My love is free Chorus repeat and fade (C) Andrea Jane Mary Williams 22nd June 2018
