PS: After reading Trask's comment, it occurred to me that Asking Legal sounds. . .I dunno. . . like something written in a glass house? Hey, I like to rant and rave as well as the next
citizen. Been known to use quote-language-unquote. But I feel we have a right to expect more from those in high offices. Or anyway, the highest? As for roses having thorns, I am not sure I smell the scent wafting from that direction. Got some great senators and representatives, but how many? End of this particular rant. Talk to me?

Asking Legal? Walls Have Ears, posters blared during World War II. Got eyes these days. They can see a penny they forgot to tax all the way from space. Paste Groucho noses and mustaches in place to hide bugs. Best not name names. It is mad not to be paranoid. (Y'think?) Let's pray some lickspittle minion hurts he/mself as s/he chips away at the code we poets create.
Question: a) Does a Right Thinking Leader shoot people the bird? b) Are obscene gestures now law? Question: a) Does a Right Thinking Leader take slur-causing tranqs, then proceed to rant and rave? b) If a RTPer curses his staff, then starts on people he swore to represent, are we to take this as a way to behave? (Not be afraid??) Question: a) Is environment trashing a moral imperative? b) been written into law, along with the right to lie? Backfill and hedge and pocket?
Thank you for commenting on my poetry, I do appreciate it although you may question that statemnent after my comment on yours. As you said, first things first. Those radical republicans, you said. That must mean that Democrats are NOT radical. In your opinion. So, see, here is our first hurdle to overcome. I have no doubt that you think Gore or Kerry would be handling this problem we encountered on 9-11 much better. I don't know what the world--and since I am writing this to you--what do you think we should do? It dooesn't really matter. President Bush IS president as much as you hate that. I can understand how much you hate that becuse I hated every single day President Clinton disgrased the White House. I am not opposed to people airing their political views, I do it myself on occasion, but when you do, expect someone every so often to call you on it. I realize I am the only one who commented in any way negatively, so you aren't doing bad. Thank you for writing to me and have a pleasant day.
Reading this in August of 2007, I find it to be appropriate even today. I lean left and am proud of it. I have a lot of republican friends who are not happy with the republican party of today. And you said it loud and clear just how far this bunch has drug us. Excellent Liz
This composition made me take a cosmological trip through my psychobiological memory; and made me see clearly that we can count that we still have BRAINPOWER, – despite the fact that the Members of our Congress can’t read the CONSTITUTION; – the Legal Counsels of the Government can’t read the HOLY BOOK OF OUR COUNTRY, THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA either. If they could, the Congress wouldn’t ALLOW the Government to LEASE land in Communist Country, and lead our country into corruption of the Judiciary, so they can keep their outlaw affairs of prostituted Statepersons freely.
“Asking Legal?” strikes the womb of TOLERANCE to follow the steps of JUSTICE. It stimulates the patriotic heart’s sense to give voice to LAW and ORDER to say NO to the ~ VIOLATORS OF THE US CONSTITUTION AND THE CONGRESS ~ THAT ALLOWS THEM TO REMAIN IN OFFICE, INCLUDING TO LEASE LAND IN COMMUNIST COUNTRY TO MAINTAIN CONCENTRATION CAMP; and now are preparing the SLAVEYARD and soon.... WILL APPROVE IT in the name of DEMONcracy.
"If we don’t take the road to Justice, we will be surprised when the violators of our CONSTITUTION (USA) SIGN THE SERFDOM BILL AND CONFINE AMERICANS IN SLAVEYARDS."

I vote, after praying many, many times and, still, the President (whichever party) disappoints me. However, I wouldn't give up my freedoms that so many have died for.

Thank you for expressing your thoughts and sharing others with us :-) I tend to be radical..............Frankly governments throughout the world are just not working out anymore. We need something completely new. Just have no answers yet to how to create this new reality. Just know that its time is coming. :-)
