Who Made A Tree?

Driving from Ohio to Florida from the "flat lands" through the mountains gave me a rush. I felt the Lords presence every mile of the way.

WHO MADE A TREE?

Someone once said to me,
Only God can make a tree,

And all the beauty that you see.
He put the stars up in the sky

He helps the Eagle soar on high.
He makes the rain

That helps them grow
Wild flowers all in a row.

The mountains in all their majesty.
The oceans and the rolling sea.

The butterfly flits from flower to flower
The Eagle flies to the highest tower.

The sunset explodes with colors of gold
None of His beauty ever grows old.

We thank you Lord for all that we see
We praise you Lord for each little tree.

We know it is You Lord
Who provides our needs,
We know it is you Lord
Who answer our pleads.
We Love you dear Lord
We will til the end
We know dear Lord
You’re always our friend.

I was going to ask you to write about a butterfly and here is some about it. I like what you said about it flying high. We can fly high with it if we only try more harder each day. The butterfly is a thing with me and the Eagle was a thing with my Tom. Thanks you for words of comfort about them and telling the story of nature like you do here.

I can see and smell it all as I walk through the tall sunflowers :) as I sit here at my PC.

Kathryn,
Beautiful poem of God's creation. Sometimes I take for granted the beauty of God's universe. Thank you for reminding me to stop and smell the flowers.

Many blessings,
~Linda
